In addition, Mr. Hernandez met with my insurance company, on his own time, to discuss roofing material they'd undervalued or omitted from their original cost replacement estimate (e.g., 40 vs 30 yr shingles). As a result, my estimate went from $9,940 to $17,126! He also worked with me to ensure that I got the best roof for my money, increased the value of my home and that the new roof had great curb appeal.
