I know that I can trust them. 5/24/2011

I trust Hillmuth Certified Automotive. I know that they're not going to tell me something that's not true about my car. For example, we brought a car to them to look at that we were considering purchasing. For that service, it's $300 for a 2-3 hour check up. After about 30 minutes, they knew the car was not worth purchasing, and then they only charged me for that 30 minutes. They could have kept the car for the full 3 hours and charged me the full amount. I know I can go into Hillmuth Certified Automotive, as a woman, and have them take a look at my car. I know they won't rip me off. I also really appreciate that they have loaner available and that they can take me to work too. more

I've been a customer of Hillmuth since 1992, so I've known them a long time. I had to have some work done on the car, and Billy quoted me for how much it would be beforehand, so I knew what to expect. They fixed the car, and I took it home the same day, but there was a problem with it. He told me to bring it back in the next day so they could check it out. They investigated and found that it was a problem with the aftermarket part they put in. They replaced it with an actual dealer part, and everything was fine after that. more
