Hillcrest Veterinary Clinic

I would just like to say that Hillcrest as a whole has been nothing less than amazing while working with me and my animals. I am only a college student trying to give my 6 month old kitten and 9 week old puppy the best vet care available and they work with me in ever area. They try to keep expenses low for me and work around my schedule. Dr Kelley Owen has looked after both of my animals and has taken the time to teach me and explain everything to me instead of leaving me in the dark. My animals are healthy and happy and even when they eat laundry detergent or aluminum foil Hillcrest is patient with us! HIGHLY recommend Hillcrest to anyone with animals. more

Aaron is the best vet ever! I drive over an hour to use him because I could not find anyone in PA. I would trust them with my dogs lives! He is not a vet that is just there to make money....he talks to your pet, shows them unconditional love and shows concern when they are ill. Plus they have the coolest online website where you can schedule appointments, request medicine refills and they will be mailed directly to you home upon approval and you can upload your pets picture. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! I am sure anyone saying anything bad about this place is full of it. I have been in vets that smell like urine, this office is clean and does not smell funny. All the workers are super friendly! I would not see any of them trying to ever hide an injury to a dog. Taking pets to a kennel, there are other dogs around so there is definitely a chance they could get injured. I trust Dr. Owen and Dr. Pollock with both my animals' lives! They are the best doctors in Morgantown. Boarding facilities are clean and neat (they let me see the kennel once when I boarded my dog and cat) and the treatment the animals get is awesome. Also the staff is so friendly! Great place! more

Hillcrest was good until we boarded our dog there. Some how he got injured and did not tell me. When we got home is when I noticed the cut on his leg. Come to find out they did not know how it happened and they noticed during a bath but did not call me or treated it. I was a very unhappy pet owner. So my dog had an infection in the cut and we found out he has kennel cough (they gave him the shot the day he was taken in, instead of giving the shot two weeks in advance) so needless to say I am looking else where. more

I was referred by a friend of mine. The care was excellent. They were very busy, but I didn't have to wait long at all. Kelly spent a lot of time with me and really helped me create a plan for my dog. (We have a somewhat difficult situation.) I will definitely go back! more

I have taken my animals here for over 15 years. Kelly is great and really know what she is doing. They are really friendly and even gave me discounted services for taking in yet another stray. more

I just recently adopted a kitten and was referred to Hillcrest for an appointment. I had a great experience at Hillcrest and would highly recommend them. I only had to wait about 5 minutes and during that time I got to see and play with a foster kitten that was there waiting to be adopted. I then met the Doctor and was pleased with the amount of time they spent with me and the amount of information that was passed along to me concerning my kitten. They also told me when I was to return and what my kitten needed. I would definately recommend Hillcrest Veterinary clinic. \r \r Sarah more
