Horrible customer service - do not rent from them 5/18/2009

From the time we booked our event with them there has been nothing but rude behavior. As the customer, I would like at least a little respect and I got none of that. They had lack of flexibility (last minute changes due to a death), lack of answer to pick-up times, lack of organization. I will never rent from them again. Pros: Cheap Cons: Everything from arranging delivery to picking it back up more
