My vehicle was recently taken into Hill Country for a repair. Long story short, after two-weeks my vehicle sitting in their shop and them telling me to replace various parts and spent over $600 they told me just to come pick my vehicle up, they couldn't get it running and couldn't figure it out. I then had to have my vehicle towed to a dealership in Austin who immediately figured out the problem and determined the very first part they put in was not only the wrong part, but it was also faulty (determined by simple test with a multi-meter). I called in and explained this and requested a refund and was told by their tow truck driver Terry to send in the faulty part back and they would refund my money for the faulty part only. So now two weeks later I called in and spoke to Gina and I was told I could come pick up my money among yelling other things, but they would have the police waiting on me for harassment and next time just take it to the dealer, then she hung up on me. NEVER once was I rude, raised my voice or any such. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had with any business. The most short tempered, disrespectful people I have ever talked to!
