This company are the biggest crooks in Texas. I have a one story 2200 square foot house. It's two people in the house. We turn all the power off in the morning and only have it on when we're home in the evening, but yet my bill is a $194.00 this month. On top of that I have been out of town for work for the last six months and my bill has averaged $180.00 per month. We need another choice in power services in our area. This has to stop. They are raping the hell out of us. more

TO EXPENSIVE. NO HELP WHEN YOU CALL. THEY DON'T GO BY THE ACTUAL USEAGE, BUT I THINK THEY GO BY THE SQ FT OF YOU HOME. I GUESS THEY THINK THAT JUST BECAUSE YOUR HOME COST A CERTAIN AMOUNT THAT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO AFFORD A HIGH ELECTRIC BILL. I DON;T MIND PAYING ONE IF I WAS ACTUALLY USING IT. I ALREADY KNOW THAT THEY ARE GOING TO EAT US ALIVE FOR THE SUMMER. WE MAY HAVE TO START LIVING LIKE CAVE MEN. more
