Hikes Point Child Care

Horrible daycare! The change in directors has really changed the environment at the daycare. The NEW director Celeste has a I don't care attitude which she has allow her employees to have the same attitude! As soon as she took this position I notice a change right away! My 3 year old son would tell me that someone was hitting him at the daycare but he didn't have any marks so I didn't mention it to the director but then one day he had a scratch near his eye I mention it to the director ask what happen and for the incident report. NO incident report was filled out and later that week my son had another accident and this time a big knot was in the middle of his forehead!! the director called me at work and told me it was no big deal!! I told her to send me a picture! When I seen my son head I was in disbelief called her back right away and ask how did it happen!! she had the nerve to get a attitude with me! and that was the last straw for me! I picked up my son right away!! Horrible daycare they should have never made that lady a director because if she don't care, her employees are not going to care as well!! more
