i have recieved several complaints from my clients on the late night weekend calls that were put into highwoods answering service.they have complained of ""others"" speaking in the background and disrupting the operator..and the ""others"" were not other operator's ..but possibly ""guest"" of the operator's!this only occurs in the late evening hours on the weekends.the owner is quite nice but maybe should be a better chooser of who she has working for her on these late shifts during the weekend's.also the phone calls are not alays answered and my clients would have to ""call back"" which is not the way to run an answering service.calls should be answered right away,and there should be nobody in the office ""but"" the operator.iam not saying this happens all the time ,never have any problems on the weeknight calls..but in the last few months it has been very annoying to my clients as well as to me.hopefully the owner will correct this recent problem and i will continue to give highwoods my accounts. nthankyou
