HighTechLending really is amazing to work with. Everyone there has taken care of me from beginning to end. I have been in the business for 20 years, and they are the fastest I have worked with in a long time. They are a small bank, with a small bank type feel, but they operate just as smoothly as a large bank. They have helped me with both purchases and finances. I have worked with Brad quite a bit, and I have enjoyed my experience with him. The fact that they have their underwriting in house, and that I can talk to a closer or a funder at the same time, makes everything easier. It cuts down on all the red tape time because I don't have to wait while trying to get a hold of someone. I also love that they are paperless. more

HighTechLending was great. I know one of the brokers there, and I gave him all the information and details of my mortgage. I asked him to watch the market and call me when it was the appropriate time to refinance and the rates were at the right point. He called me to tell me when they were there, and we started the process. It was faster than the original process, and they were excellent. They got me an even better rate in the process than the rate I was quoted at the beginning. He was really watching the market the whole time. I had a 5 1/2 loan, and they got me down to a 4 1/2 loan. This is the second mortgage I have gone through, and HighTechLending made it extremely easy. I wouldn't even be able to compare it to most experiences; they were great guys. They were very easy to work with, and I never dealt with someone in the company who was anything but the utmost professional. more

My experience with HighTechLending was very positive. David, in their San Fransisco branch, was our loan officer, and we were also helped by Candice and Don Currie. They have been excellent. They contacted me a little while ago about refinancing and I basically declined because because they could not offer all that I needed. However, they called again and we were able to go though with the refinance. They walked me through everything and they checked in regularly to make sure I was satisfied. They gave me contact information for their local representative and they are just the nicest people. In general, they are professional and courteous. The process was easy. The first closing I did was one of the hardest things I ever went through. It got pushed back several times and the experience was very hard. This time, I have had no problems at all. This is my first home, and HighTechLending really held my hand and walked me through the process step by step. It was a little painful, but I was happy to have them in my corner. I work for the union, and the union endorses this company. I am really happy that they have these guys facilitating the loans for our union. I am really happy that we stand by them. I had some issues with my credit, and not only does HighTechLending have home loans, they do credit counseling about how to repair your credit. Most companies have some type of credit scam, but these guys go over it with a fine tooth comb and actually repair your credit. They let me know what I should pay off, and what cards I should reopen. They council you about credit and guide you in the right direction for a home loan. They will explain what is going on in layman terms so that first time loaners will understand. These guys are wonderful. Don is awesome. They got my loan improved. more

High Tech Lending is really good at responding. The only thing is that the lines are so long to get approval, but that is really outside of people's control. Because it is so long, it makes it difficult to close these things. Celenia was great. She does everything she can. She is great with first time buyers. The customer service to her clients is very good. When things are needed, she is prepared to meed those needs. I think that sometimes her hands are tied because of what is going on higher up, but she does everything she can. more
