Highline Customs

This place is great. They always let you know what the legal state standards are for window tinting in Oregon. They never try and sell you stuff you dont want. They offer coupons and discounts to return customers and they always explain how to take care of your car. They always are willing to take the time to talk with you on the phone and answer any questions you have before you set up an appointment. They seem to want to make sure that you are 100% sure about your purchase. I have been here twice with two different cars and I will be back if I need it in the future. AWESOMENESS! more

This review is especially for those who are not ""car"" people...One fine spring day, I found myself with a shattered quarter window (the tinted variety of course). Since I could care less about cars and am used to taking my vehicles to dealers and other unscupulous schiesters in the auto industry, I was just going to look up a glass repair shop in the phone book, maybe call a couple places to check prices, and prepare to spend a ridiculous amount of money to have something ""simple"" done. As it turned out, the highest priced glass shop referred me to the fine gentlemen at Highline Customs and it was ALL gravy after that! Not only was I able to get my window replaced for the absolute cheapest price within the tri-county area (I double checked), but they took the time to recommend the best solution to my ""problem"" and then made that solution happen ASAP. It is too bad these guys just do cars...they have successfully created the TOP business model (I come from a professional customer service background) and I wish I could have them handle all of my service needs.
