MY ANIMALS HAVE BEEN UNDER THE CARE OF HIGHLAND SINCE 1997. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CARE THEY HAVE GIVEN MY ANIMALS. THEY ARE NOT ONLY A HEALING HOSPITAL, BUT A TEACHING ONE. ALL THREE DOCTORS ARE CARING AND READY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. RECENTLY I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING IN DOCTOR STEFFEN'S CARE WITH MY FERRETS. I APPRECIATED HIS BEDSIDE MANNER AND THE WAY HE CONNECTS WITH MY ANIMALS, PUTTING THEM AT EASE. I THANK ALL OF THE DOCTORS AT HIGHLAND ALONG WITH THEIR CARING STAFF. The very BEST 6/27/2009

We adopted our dog knowing he had suffered some abuse, some trust issues. Also discovered he had whip worm. That was 7 years ago. Dr. Niehm from the first day has been simply outstanding. She is the only one I will ever alow to take care of Huebert. She accepts that even though he is huge, he is a wimp and a big baby, also terrified. Her and her staff have alway greeted us at the door and treated him with smiles and king like behavior. I have always reffered people to her. And as a crazy pet owner, I get treated quite well also. I cant say enough, 7 years and never anything but outstanding care for my Huebert! Pros: Dr. Niehm outstanding! more

Great Service 4/15/2009

The vets at Highland are very knowledgeable. They are great with my animals. I respect the fact that they don't try to pad your bill with unnecessary procedures. Great service and reasonable prices!! Would recommend!! Pros: caring staff Cons: small parking lot more

Wonderful Staff! 6/25/2008

The staff at Highland Pet Hospital are amazing! The reception staff greets me and my dog by name when we come into the office. They are able to answer questions that I have when I call in saying my dog ate xyz - they let me know what I need to do for her. The veterinarian that my dog goes to is Dr. Niehm, and she is amazing! She is so caring and so gentle and such a wonderful woman! She has helped my dog so much and helped to put my nerves at ease several times! I highly recommend this practice!
