The management intentionally misled and/or lied to my family about what was going to happen. They had led us to believe that my grandmother was going to be interred the day of the funeral. When we arrived, the hole had not even been dug. We ended up having to leave my grandmother overnight in the chapel on site and interring her the next day. Friends and family that traveled from all over the country to pay their last respects were denied the graveside service. \r

When they did move my grandmother the next day to the grave, the workers trampled over the grave markers and graves of others. \r

Management was completely unremorseful about the entire situation.
