Dont make the mistake I did this has to be the worst place in Greensboro NC to live,black mold in the apartments.they let me out of my lease because of it.I was in the hospital the month of May cause I was very senstive to the MOLD.I talked with other residents and they had the same problem and ask to move to another apartment and they did let them move..if you have Breathing Problems asthma,COPD please stay away from this place.Honestly.. Pros: Ducks (better than mold) Cons: Black Mold -Swimming Pool Hasnt Worked In 6 yrs more

Home Sweet Home! That is how I feel about my new apartment here at Highland HIlls. As soon as I walked into the office I was immediately greeted by the warm smile of Mrs. Annette Gaster. She was enthusiatic in answering all of my questions and not leaving any details out. I could tell she was a very personable person. She knew all the residence in the building I would be moving into and told me what I could expect as far as good neighbors. So far I have no complaints and I highly recommend any and everyone who is looking for their first apartment to look into Highland Hills. Good management, nice scenery and friendly neighbors.
