Avoid this hospital!! 10/31/2013

Seriously this place is just a mess. My husband was there twice. We received a bill for one trip and I paid it using the site the bill said to use. Now they are saying they never got that payment or the payment for the second visit which I still have yet to see a bill for. Now we owe over double what the first bill was. They don't care that I have never got the bill for the second trip or paid online even though I gave them the confirmation number and send them the e-mail and pictures of the bank statement showing the payment being taken out. If you need to go to a hospital do your best to avoid this one. more

Horrible and pathetic!!!!! 11/30/2010

This hospital is a total joke....After you wait three hours in the waiting room, they finally take you back there so u can wait another 2 hours and deal with bitchy nurses that just don't give a damn. I agree with the other review. I wouldn't bring my dog here...Totally pathetic....just don t know what else to say... more

Hospital???? Vet could do better 7/8/2006

I have gone to this hospital after being very ill and loosing almost 20 pounds in a month. I was passing out, and very week. This hospital saw we didnt have insurance because we heard the nurse behind the curtain say to someone, "they dont have any medical" then the next thing I know Im being released and sent home. Needless to say I ended up at Bethesda North being taken straight into surgery. I was very ill from a ruptured cyst that had let infection out in my body. take it from me this place is not very good and they treat people a little less than human. i would not take my dog to that place much less one of my kids. more
