Terrible, aweful, horrible customer service! Find another repair shop, don't take your electronics here you may not ever see them again! They picked up our LG 42"" LCD TV on November 6 as of December 15 the status is still the same ""Parts on order"", over 6 weeks for repairs and still not fixed. Never one phone call to notify the consumer of the status of the repairs. Rude phone service, when asked why they would contact the consumer to provide a status they responded with ""we are a small company and don't have the people to make the calls"". When I requested they track the parts and call me back it seemed like I was asking for the world.
