Take your electronics for months and make it more broke 6/18/2009

If you are reading this you are probably already out of luck. I took a large speaker there dropped it off. pay the $35.00 diagnoses fee. 2 months later they had a diagnoses and that it would be $400.00 to fix though they couldn't tell me what was wrong. 3 months later they call to tell me that it is broken and is not fixable and asked if they wanted them to dispose of it. I decided to go get my speaker I called a service center down south. They had me send just the front panel of the speaker . A week later they called me back with exact qoute for $248 to fix. They fixed . I am happy now. Pros: they have a location that you can drive to. Cons: Horrible C/S never call you back and do not repair. more

TERRIBLE service! 12/14/2008

Terrible, aweful, horrible customer service! Find another repair shop, don't take your electronics here you may not ever see them again! They picked up our LG 42"" LCD TV on November 6 as of December 15 the status is still the same ""Parts on order"", over 6 weeks for repairs and still not fixed. Never one phone call to notify the consumer of the status of the repairs. Rude phone service, when asked why they would contact the consumer to provide a status they responded with ""we are a small company and don't have the people to make the calls"". When I requested they track the parts and call me back it seemed like I was asking for the world. Cons: No customer service more
