Definately the most fun in town! 10/22/2007

The Roadhouse was one of my favorite places in Rye many years ago. The past few years it has definately gone down hill. However...it is soon reopening under new management and I can't wait to go back to my favorite place! Many of the great food recipes will be returning as well as local bands and great bar atmosphere. The new owners will have a renewed focus on food and families! This is what the Roadhouse really needs. more

Great Food, Great Prices, Always a good time! 9/10/2005

I LOVE this place! Southern style cooking, spicy cajun yummy! Love the fresh baked cornbread that comes to your table as soon as you are seated. The salad dressings are awesome --- Creamy poppy seed or sun dried tomato! How do you pick just one? I don't... I split my salad in half and have both :-) The drinks are large and STRONG so be careful. It's rough, it's rustic but it's all good... My favorites are the stuffed chicken (with andouielle sausage), the deep fried chicken, the pork chops and I just love the collard greens. Live bands most Fridays and Saturdays, check out the website to see who is playing and when. If you're anywhere in Westchester or lower CT, you have to try this place out! more
