Solid repair option 3/27/2012

I was referred to this location by Toshiba as one of their ASP locations. The staff was friendly and they were pretty quick to let me know the problem with my computer. I had to have a fan replaced and it was pretty cheap and quick. I was relieved I didnt have to be with out my computer for more then a couple days. I will be recommending this location in the future.\r more

Fair People 3/22/2012

Fair deal! Ive brought my machine here through out the years and this place is a hidden gem of computer repair shops. The guys have always been more then fair to me and have always met my needs. They usually get my computer back to me quickly and never at the cost of a arm and a leg more

Best IT Service in Chicago 7/26/2008

High-Power was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. They resolved my issue is a very short period of time and were very friendly throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend for all their services - I found out that they even do surveillance and websites. As a small business owner, I have had my share of bad IT experiences - these guys are the BEST!. Thanks for everything guys! Pros: Fast, Great Customer Service, Knowledgable Staff Cons: none that come to mind more
