I have gone to have repairs done with them a few times and I am always satisfied. They are knowledgeable and helpful and let me know what is going on. I recently went to this busy to get two tv's repaired. I dropped the tv's off. I explained to the owner he must call me and give me an quote before starting any repairs, to make sure I had the extra funds to cover the cost. The first phone call I got from them was its fixed come pick it up. I asked how much. He told me $340.00, I was wow. I told him i would come by to talk to him. So went to talk to him. I thought you would call me before you started. He claimed he did. I sir, you didnt. he said are you going to pay it or not. i said well how much is it. Then it turned into $365.00 in a days time. I said you gave me different quote over the phone. He denied that too. He said so what you going to do. If you dont pay the full balance with in 3 weeks we are going to sale your stuff for the balance owed. I think he knew i was strap for money because i wanted and quote first. so he took advantage of me because he knows either I cant pay for it and he can have it or i scrap the monies up some how.
