High Plains is the Best! 2/17/2011

High Plains truly goes above and beyond when it comes to pet care. Dr. McKenney is the most caring and compassionate vet I have ever met. She and her staff truly care about the health and well-being of my pets and I would recommend High Plains to ANYONE. Having a dog with a chronic health problem as well as a fairly healthy dog, I've seen how they treat their patients...with the utmost care and concern. They are simply the best. more

HORRIBLE SERVICE 12/12/2010

If I could rate it a ZERO I would, from the staff up front to the vet it self were just awful. They dropped the ball in lots of ways when My puppy was sick. When I went in to get meds for my other dog the VET screamed at me and through me out of her office. Never have I been treated so poorly before, personally or professionally. more
