High Performance Auto Detailing

I was a bit skeptical because of these reviews i read on here after i had booked the appointment. I figured the price was right so I would give them a try. They Showed up 5 mins early and were extremely professional. They made my 2006 Mercedez feel like it just came off the lot the day i bought it! Return customer. Thanks!! more

This is by far the worst service I have received. First of all I took my car on a Tuesday 1/25/2011 evening so they could all day to work on it if needed. I showed up at their shop at 5pm on 1/26/2011 and the car not done. I opened the car and the seats still had dirt and not even close to being a detail. I could have done a better job myself than that. A couple minutes later Leo and another guy show up and they say its done. I clearly show them that NO the car is not done. I call Frank and I explain to him that the car is not done. He tells me he will call his guys and call me back. He then calls back and apologizes for the error and said he or they did not have enough time. HELLO, you had ALL DAY. So he said he will fix the problem and drive it back home for the inconvinience. After that I call all afternoon on 1/27/2011 and Frank ignores my calls. Finally at 5:45pm Frank calls me back and says its done. He then tells me cant drop it off at my house because hes too busy. Also, they tore the fabric on the sun visors, thanks a lot. I was going to leave my truck also but they lost out after bad service. Very bad service. Never will go back or ever recommend. Also they dont drive out to your place. I asked him if he could come out to my house and he said it was too far. HELLO we are both in Van Nuys. I am surprised they are still in business. Very Unreliable and worst service. more

We tried to continue our business with High Performance Auto Detailing but found the continuing irresponsibility to keeping appointments unacceptable and untrustworthy. After multiple times of missed scheduled appointments, which had always been at the same time and place, it was unreasonable to think we could give one more chance to the company and the staff representing the company with these actions. With no explanation or apologies provided it was disrespectful and untrustworthy behavior, and bottom line extremely unreliable. Pros: Acceptable work when provided Cons: Unstable and wavering commitment to scheduled appointments. more
