Small apartments. Studios are small but convenient. Have a professional management and the apartments are maintained very well. They are also reasonably priced. Studios are comparitively less than other apartments. The only problem is that they do no have a good parking lot. You will end up parking on the side street which is not a great place to park. I'm always in caution while parking on a side street. After all, nobody wants a parking ticket in a university town!
