High Adventure SUCKS - OWNER a ASS 10/20/2011

I stopped at "" High Adventure Ski & Bike "" on Troy-Schenectady Road Latham, NY What a Joke the owner was.... a complet Ass. We were trying to get ski boots for a 13 year old, he was nasty from the start and told the kid he did not need a bigger boot and ended up just saying im not selling you boots cause you have no idea what size you should have....WOW.... NO PEOPLE SKILLS !!! no sales skills how they stay in Business ..SO NO SALE AND THEY SUCK!!!!! tell a freind how bad i think they are !!! I had been a Ski renter for the last 3 years for 3 KIDS ....NO MORE more
