I've lived in many places, including a monthly motel in CA and this is by far the worst place I've lived. Every thermostat was broken, every drain upstairs clogged, doors falling off hinges, every screen torn, floors are soft and feel like there are holes under the carpet and linoleum, most appliances don't work properly, windows and doors are drafty, parking is absolutely horrendous,down the street from the hospital so there are always the sound of sirens, and the whole community abuts 2 majorly traveled roads so it is always noisy and difficult to access. If I could do it again, I'd never live here and would recommend everyone stay away from this place if you want to be happy with your living situation.
Update: We just moved out in April. Moving 2 months before our lease was up because of how awful it was. When we moved in we were charged for a SureDeposit that was supposed to cover our final costs. At some point, they decided to stop doing business with SureDeposit without notifying us or amending our lease. After moving out, they told us not only was the amount we already paid for SureDeposit gone but we now had to pay our own final costs. In other words, we had to pay twice. In my 22 years of renting, this place is the ONLY one to ever charge me upon move out and our apartment was so immaculate, they rented it out days after they got their keys back. Worst place ever!
