If I had to endure one more day of the foreigner's talk to me that I could understand one word he said out of five, the over-the-hill one that thinks he is a playboy, and the one that snorts every breath, I would faint. Thank God these people are out of my life. Totally wierd people. more

very unprofessional, spent $7000 to replace small flat roof with them, always had to call them because there were still leaks. They eventually started to blame it on everything else except their poor work. Worst mistake dealing with them more

I have used this company for many, many years for the roofing and gutter work on all of my rental properties and my own home. They never disappoint! I called in a few weeks ago after the big storms hit. William Baugman was so quick to come out. He called me the day after I called in and came out the next day. I know they had to be busy, but they still had a quick response. He gave me the estimate and the price was great but I figured I would call a few other people and compare. William encouraged me to do so but also warned me to do my research on them. I looked at the others but their deals just couldn't match Hick's price! I signed the paperwork a few days later and William had their roof crew out the first of the week. I was amazed when they told me they could get the whole roof done in one day. So now I have a beautiful new roof, with a 5 year no leak warranty, and best of all no leaks! I think my roof looks best out of everyone on my block! more

I am a fairly recent new home owner and the roof was in terrible shape. I called several companies and Hicks was the first to respond. They came out quickly and discussed all of my options. They even brought me multiple samples of different grades of roofs. I felt like they were trustworthy and signed the contract with them. They put the roof on quickly and it looks wonderful! They went above and beyond what I expected and I would reffer them to all of my friends. They were amazing and quick, and most of all cared about me. I really trust their work and their opinon. more

My roof is the best looking one in the neighborhood. I got several estimates before proceeding with Hicks and I am so glad I did! I got a reasonable price and service was quick and thorough. I would definitely refer them! more

They send a smooth talking guy to bind a contract. A job is finished in a rush by Mexican and then with a first rain, all hell break loose and it took them 1.5 years to attempt to fix it and the fixing took more than 3-4 months. Once one got getting fixed, couple other places started leaking and each place took more than 4-5 visits to fix. All leaks are not fixed yet and inside the house's damage to the pain, ceiling, sheet rock are not fixed. The ceiling that they fixed has a belly. Their workers put few holes that were supposed to be 2 inch so I can get a plug for each hole and run wires through them. The holes are much bigger than 2 inches and smaller than 3 inches, so no plugs fit them. Couple episodes ago, one of the workers who felt sorry for our patients and the fact that the company has taken advantage of us for almost 4 years, suggested that I sue them. The next day, one of their guy with suit came and started the flat roof and last week, the owner sends me a bill for the leak repair. After 4 years of taking my money and causing more than $100,000 damage to the structure of my house, he is sending me a bill so I would not call and ask them when they are coming to fix the inside and other leaks? My next encounter will be in court and I will complain to the Better Business Bureau this week. And for as long as I am alive, I will be the voice for the people who are taking advantage of by Hicks Roofing, the thieves. more

They are worse in their business. They farm out the contract to illegal aliens who do not have any training and when the job goes bad, they blame them. My house has sustained damages around $30,000-$40,000 and the owner sent me a bill for taping the area that they did not fix. I am taking him to the court and at the end, he will have to file for bankruptcy. Do not deal with these thieves. more

I went with Hicks roofing because they have been established since 1980. This phrase means nothing to me anymore. Pros: The roof is pretty Cons: Leaks. 3 months still not finished. more
