I'm visiting the DE area and called some last minute hotels. They were really nice on the phone and the owners seem like good people but they had one room left. And looked like a storage room for old unused furniture. And they were asking for $75 per night. I wouldn't sleep there if it was free. Nice owners. Not so great place more
