I have been going to Hiatus Spa for over a year and love it! I highly recommend Ameila for facials. She is the best!!

Worst

I got a Groupon for Hiatus and finally got to use it (almost impossible to schedule an appointment). The providers who work at Hiatus, all independent contractors, are pretty good...

Hiatus Heaven 4/23/2010

My boyfriend and I went during SpaWeek and I must say I was quite skeptical of a $50 massage. My therapist, Jeff, took me away better than any Calgon could ever do. From the moment we walked through the curtain, I was impressed. The dressing rooms were nicely stocked, nice thick robes, dimly lit waiting rooms, nice soft music playing.... what else can I say? Not Impressed 4/13/2010

I visited this spa to inquire about purchasing a gift card for my friend. It was very chaotic where the spa's front desk and staff were, yes it was during the holidays- but wow. I had a terrible experience. The manager was very, very rude and had an unprofessional demeanor, as well was showing off a hideous, offensive tattoo to a customer while I was waiting to be helped- where I left because I felt ignored. I love being a member at Hiatus and have been completely spoiled by my monthly facials with Lindsay Campbell! I never want to go see anyone else! She always has great suggestions for my skin and gives an amazing, relaxing facial. This is the best money I have ever spent on myself. Everyone at Hiatus is always so great to work with, and I feel like I'm in Heaven everytime I get to go visit Lindsay! more

Love the plant peel from Lindsay! 4/2/2010

I love the plant peels from Lindsay Campbell at Hiatus! They have really cleaned up my skin tone and help me look younger and fresher! They are equivalent to a harsh chemical peal, but are all natural and do not make you red or peeling. Good luck! Pros: clears & smooth complexion - evens coloring Cons: none! more

I have been a H-circle member for over a year! Best thing I have ever done for myself! I have had a few massages with Kamilah and they were great. I get a monthly facial with Lindsay and by far it's the best experience ever! She is super sweet and I would never go to anyone else she is that awesome! Best Spa Experience Ever 3/26/2010

If you've been looking for THE Spa go to Hiatus. I have had two facials now with Amelia and it was by far the best facial I have ever had. Amelia gives great advice and my skin has never looked better. I am definitely going to join the h-circle the next time I go. I am so glad I have found Hiatus. I have been a h-circle member for over a year now and it has been the best money I have ever spent. The spa itself is spectacular!!! I have never had a bad experience!!! Andrea gives the best facials by far!!! I have never really enjoyed facials until I met Andrea. And my skin has never looked better!!!! Her suggestions are right on and I totally trust her advice. Great massage 3/22/2010

I have been getting massages by Monica. She does an awesome job. I work in a job where my back is always sore and she works all that out. I always fell better after my massage with Monica. The customer service is excellent and Monica is very nice and professional. You cannot go wrong booking a massage with Monica. Pros: Very nice, you get a spa feel with out spa prices Cons: none more

Best Facial 3/10/2010

Andrea was super sweet - she did an awesome job! I loved the foot soak at the beginning and I also loved how you get to choose the scent/aroma for the foot soak and for the room. Andrea explained what she was doing and recommended a skin regimen. She was not pushy about it - like most spas are - she only recommended what I needed. I highly recommend her! more

I love my Hiatus home! 3/10/2010

I'm a 2+ year member of Hiatus and have been delighted with each experience since day one. From the front desk crew (Darian, Emily) to the awesome facialists and massage therapists (Lindsay, Andrea, Tomecia, Andrew), each visit definitely meets "relax and be pampered" criteria. I've recommended numerous friends to Hiatus and each comes away with rave reviews and new memberships. The only thing I would say that is a negative (for me, not her) is that it is very hard to get into see Lindsay after work hours. She is so wonderful it's no wonder she's so popular!! Thanks Hiatus!! This is by far the best spa in Dallas! I have been a Hiatus Spa member for 10 months and have no regrets. My favorite spa service is the facial with the Perfecting Plant Peel; this came recommended by Lindsay and WOW! what a difference. My face feels so clean and has a glow. Lindsay is by far the best at giving facials and I have had my share of facials; in addition she educates and informs you of what will work best for your skin type. This is the best deal in town. Once a month I'm guaranteed a relaxing service with Aveda products and the best staff in town for a more than fair price. I've been a member of Hiatus for over a year now and have had one customer service experience at check out that was not up to standard. One phone call and it was rectified and never happened again. If only I could say that of all the establishments where I happily spend time and money! Lindsay saves my skin and the massage services are the best in town. I won't go anywhere else. Book in advance, the more popular Hiatus becomes, scheduling ahead ensures an appointment with the person of my choice. Again, it usually only takes a phone call to find an appointment that fits my schedule and allows me to see the therapist of my choice. I've taken friends, my mom, my boyfriend and they have all raved as well. It's great to have a top notch spa so accessible and dedicated to their clients. I've been going to Hiatus for a while and I've always thoroughly enjoyed my visits. Overall I think this is the best spa for your money that I've ever been to. Recently I had a facial with Dorreen and it was absolutely terrific! I was relaxed upon leaving, which was a plus but my skin looked and felt amazing for several weeks. I'm definitely going to go back soon. more
