I am a 7 year customer and am a permanent one!! 1/18/2011

Definitely, come here and get your services. Been here forever and will always be coming!! Hope you are gonna come here too.. It will not be one to regret.. you will get honest answers, honest work, and fair price all the time.. I have had many problems with my car and they have worked it out with me, always because I am a long time customer and will problem keep coming over when I am old and grey!! Do not go anywhere else!! Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars when really he deserves endless stars.. more

Very trustworthy mechanics, quality and affordable service 11/8/2010

My family has been using this shop for several years now with the minivan. When I got my 1999 Audi A6, I took it to the shop for an inspection. Rafael was very thorough and quoted a very reasonable $200 to get it inspected, replace the fuel and oil filters, replace a cracked tire, change the oil, and run a smog check. He's very quick but doesn't rush, and makes it a point to remember me by my name. He's been great with my car. This shop has been fantastic and I trust their repairs. more

Finally an affordable auto shop 10/13/2010

I have been to ""SEVERAL"" auto shops in Orange County and even Los Angeles but could not find very many good mechanics that were affordable. I found Hi-Tex Auto online and they were conveniently located off the freeway and not too far from where I live. I figured I've been to so many other mechanics why not take a chance... I was glad I took that chance because Hi-Tek Auto was very reasonable and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service of my car and didn't leave with a whole in my wallet. more

Trusted Mechanic in Costa Mesa 9/21/2010

I took my car to Hi-Tek Auto to have an oil change and my brakes inspected. The owner was honest and was not pushy, he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need done to my car. The guys were very friendly and educated. Quick, great service. I would recommend Hi-Tek Auto to anyone looking for an honest mechanic. more
