I had an emergency my husband had broke the cap off the outside hose ! The water was gushing out ! I had called them and the lady said they could come out within an hour ! The Plumer came I a little more than one hour and got the water turned off ! I wisd do glad they were able to do it so fast thank you so much for the fast service ! more

Technician was very skilled, knowledgeable and professional. 4/13/2015

I called to have a plumber look at my leaking hot water heater which needed replacing. Someone was dispatched within the hour. The new hot water heater was placed that day and the old one taken away. The technician was very professional, friendly and skilled. My only complaint is that this was a very expensive transaction. I got a new 40 Gallon hot water heater with setup and new accessories for 1500.00. I guess I paid dearly for convenience. Still kicking myself:(..... more

Excellent closure to Plumbing problem 3/26/2015

Joe was immediate to my request for diagnosis / repair of replacement of kitchen facet that was impossible for me to do because of location on sink board. My purchase of a replacement was wrong, so he directed me to run to the store for a correct version. He waited for my return and finished with a near 'impossible' effort. Thanks, Joe. more

Technical Service You Can Trust 3/20/2015

Everyone dreams of finding a trained, experienced technician you can speak with about a product for which you have little or no knowledge. Hi-Tech's Ariel was dispatched to us for a simple toilet repair. We decided to replace both toilets and a hot water heater, based solely upon the trust that Ariel built with us in less than an hour. His expertise, experience, and willingness to simplify technical subjects for us was so compelling that we had no doubt that our need for plumbing security was his priority. Then he astounded us with the speed, competence, and completeness of his installation of these three products. We thought he was just being boastful when he estimated two hours. He completed the installation without one error just about in two hours. It was also a pleasure to listen to him talk about his life as he worked efficiently to make the best use of his time with us. Forget about Angie's List or Home Advisor.....JUST CALL HI-TECH PLUMBING!! more

Bathroom Faucet Install 3/18/2015

This is not the first time we have used Hi-Tech. We had a bathroom faucet leak that could not be fixed. We purchased the faucet and called Hi-Tech to do the install. The process of setting the appointment was handled well, and they followed up three times with us prior to the day of the install. They arrived on time and in less than one hour the job was done - and done right! I would recommend Hi-Tech to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Very friendly staff! more

Major septic issue discovered 2/13/2015

Hi-Tech plumbing came out for a clogged drain and ended up tracing the problem to a broken pipe. Because I just bought the house I didn't know where the pipes or septic system were even located. Hi-Tech was able to use a camera snake to find the pipes and locate the broken pipe, it was very cool technology! It's going to be a big fix, but I'm confident Hi-Tech can handle it quickly and hopefully within my budget! more

very unhappy 1/5/2015

Very disappointed with our service. Unprofessional. Called 2 weeks in a row to reschedule both times 30 minutes before arrival. On line said free estimates of water heater to evaluate if it is working properly and now I am told BC there is a waived fee of 39.00 they are on a first come first serve basis and that they can't make it yet again BC of the technicians in the area. Not happy ! Will not reccomend to anyone I know. more

WOULD USE AGAIN & RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. HAVE SCHEDULED A VISIT IN JANUARY TO PUMP OUT SEPTIC TANKS WITH THEM DUE TO GOOD SERVICE ON INITIAL SERVICE CALL. more

Waste of my time! 12/26/2014

I hired Hi-Tech Plumbing and Air to have my water heater looked at and they sent a guy who had one week experience and knew nothing about water heaters. I knew more about water heaters based off research done on the internet than he did and was very displeased. They were a waste of my time and money. I will not be using them again. more

I was able to schedule an appointment with Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air right away and the plumber was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly determined what he needed to do to repair our faucet and worked very quickly and efficiently. I would be happy to recommend them. more

They were very efficient they said they would be here in 45 minutes and they where here in 30 minutes. They called back several times to inform me what the charge would be. This was the first time we used them and we didn't have an account with them and did not have a check or credit card they gave us a week to pay the bill which was very much appreciated. more
