Spent $2k+ on system. Couldnt keep it working for more than 3 months at a time. 5 out of 6 repairs done at the HiFi shop were do to install. Year or so later I took truck to Car Concepts and had it removed and reinstalled and it has been working like a champ. Sorry Alpine for blaming you, should have been blaming HiFi Shop.. A+ for being so nice during the sale. F for install and for support after the sale. PS. Tell the installers to not leave pieces of the wire shielding and sound mat down in the doors. Causes noise that is difficult to find. more

It was easy to get the auto starter installed and the pros at the shop done a great job and got it done fast.\r Even thou I couldn`t keep it a secrect from Ginny the guys went out of thier way to hide the antena seo if I could have kept my mouth shut I could have gave her a gift at x-mas and she would not have knonw the unit was installed.\r Thanks to all the guys at the hi-fi shop and you all get thumbs up from me.\r \r I will be back for anything I need for my truck and my wives as well. Pros: Fast service, good price Cons: no cons to speak of. more

Very Good Company 2/4/2009

We used the hi-fi shop for the purchase and install of our basement theater, we were exceptionally impressed by their up front pricing, their knowledge and expertise. The final product turned out for more than we had hoped for. We would highly recommend them to you.\r Rick & Ginger Sellars Pros: Full staff to handle all our needs Cons: We didn't find any more

Boy I sure don't know what I must have done to upset that person, but I can tell you that is not how we operate. We have been in business for 54 years now and have hundreds of satisfied customers, we pride ourselves in being able to sale equipment cheaper than those big box companies. So Try us for yourself and make your own decision. Thanks, Trevor Doman. I would highly recommend using this company. I only use them. Products are awesome and the installation is top notch. A++ Pros: Very knowledgable. Quick Install Cons: A little pricey, but having someone who knows their stuff is worth the extra cash. more

Rip off 12/13/2006

The Hifi Shop is actually 2 different companies. The Car Stereo shop is the best around. I would highly recommend working with them. Trevor owns the Home Theatre section. He's not an honest person. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from him unless you want to pay way too much for pretty much the same things you can get at circuit city or best buy. That's just my honest opinion. Look into it for yourself. Pros: They do have some nice things. Cons: Very dishonest. more
