My husband and I bought our entire kitchen here about 9 months ago, including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, & microwave. At the same time we bought a 60"" LG LED TV. We also purchased the extended warranty on all of it. When the kitchen appliances were delivered, there was already a ding in our stove, and once the refrigerator was hooked up, it began making an awful banging noise when it was making ice. We called Hhgregg to inquire, for them to push us off onto their repair contractor ""That's not our problem, you have to call Samsung"" is what they told me. After 7 calls into Samsung they finally came out to ""fix"" the problem, only for it start up again 3 days later. We've never been able to get them to come back out nor have any help from Hhgregg. \r
Fast forward 3 months, we buy a receiver for our new TV and as soon as we get it hooked up at home, it doesn't work. ""Just bring it back in we'll swap it out"" Just that easy because they apparently run into this all the time. \r
Fast forward another month to when that brand new TV just craps out one afternoon, screen goes black. Hhgregg says ""no problem just come in we'll exchange it"". Remember this is 60"" and on the wall, I clarify with the rep that it's just that easy, he says yes, so we do. As soon as we walk thru the door, the store manager says ""sorry the rep gave you wrong information, we can't do that you'll have to call the repair line"" AFTER we had taken it off the wall, loaded it in the truck from the basement, & drove 20 miles to the store. There was no remorse, accountability, ownership or intention to help us in any way. It was our problem & they weren't going to show any customer service. I was completely appalled at how they treat customers, especially ones that spend a great deal of money there. \r
I will NEVER return to this store and I would hate to see anyone else have to go through what we have in the past year. Please consider this review before you decide to purchase ANYTHING from them.
