oh my goodness.. i have a retail store here in berry hill. how these people stay in business i really dont know.. do not buy any thing from them.. my son and daughter spent about 6000 dollars and delivery and install has been a night mare goods were installed dec 2010 and never made the micro right and i was now told it was our fault that we have the wrong parts after they were the ones that told us what to get....all we wanted was the right trim kit my husband and i are both in retail in this market but when you become our customer its forever.. PLS dont go here go where they will give you service on what they sALE... these people are about volume not service.. PASS THE WORD///// more

Poor delivery promises 8/15/2009

We were promised that they will call 40 minutes prior to delivery time, but didn't honor that. My experience with their delivery is that is was not reliable, and the drivers didnt do what they are suppose to do once the appliance arrived. I wont shop HH Gregg again. Pros: the store is close to my house Cons: Unreliable delivery more

Poor customer service 6/29/2009

I purchased an Amana refrigerator in 2006 from HH Gregg. I have been trying to get it repaired for weeks. I tried contacting the managers to get their help with the repair service (there are two managers at this store). Both ignored my letter. I will NOT buy from HH Gregg again. Pros: Decent prices Cons: Poor customer service more
