Rest assured any positive comments on Heywood are posted by their staff. This Company is HORRIBLE, UNETHICAL, & CORRUPT. They overcharge, provide poor service and add no value. If you're looking to hire a professional manager for your hoa community THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO HIRE. Run away as fast as you can! more

I've been working with the folks over at Heywood Realty for some time now. Gotta say, great people and very honest. Never had a problem with them. We've made a lot of changes over at our community and we couldn't have done it without Heywood Realty. They've been in the business for quite some time and you can tell by the results our community has experienced. Many thanks and god bless. more

Arizona's Best Property Management Company - Heywood Realty 10/17/2011

Heywood Realty could possibly be one of the best property management companies in Arizona. I'm really unsure why they have 3 bad reviews on here because they provide some of the best and highest quality service available. Unlike all the big over populated management companies around town, Heywood Realty really knows their stuff. Our property manager is great. He works hard, has a great assistant, and is extremely friendly. I've been on the Board of Directors for quite some time now and I can tell you, our association has been around the block with some of these so called management companies. Ever since Heywood took over, our delinquencies have dropped, dues are coming in on time and rarely late, & our reserves have tripled. If your community is in need, don't hesitate. I wouldn't recommend any other management company. The only thing I regret is not hiring them 5 years ago... more
