A technician came and fixed the wrong part. I called again and some incompetent guy came and still did not fix it. I keep on calling them so they can fix my refrigerator, but all I get is we will call you. It has been a month of me calling constantly. They charged me 185 dollars and it is worst than it was. I would recommend paying a few dollars more and go with SEARS repair. more

They schedule appointment 3/25/2012

They schedule appointment, then asked me to find model number for another appointment. Once they came; the work was completed quickly and the technician was a very nice guy. I would definitely recommend them. more
