I arrived to pick up my vehicle a little after business hours, and though the person at the pick-up desk was already closing, she was very courteous and helpful, and arranged for my vehicle to be delivered to the door even though the service department was technically closed. I appreciated her cheerful helpfulness, especially under the circumstances. I don't know her name, but she was on duty on the evening and she deserves a pat on the back!
