I booked the reservation online, and I received confirmation. I called to ask a simple question, and the rep told me she would have to cancel my reservation. I ended up having to change the day to the next day. There is no sign for Hertz outside the business, and the address listed on the reservation is for a business about 1/2 mile away. I get there to pick up the car, and the car is from out of state, so it has no stickers or front plates. When I tried to drop the car back off, there was no rep to be found.
