I like this hotel 11/22/2010

I stayed at Sheraton Boston Hotel for 5 days with my family, it a very comfortable hotel, the staff is so polite. I like this hotel more

Sheraton Boston Hotel is best 9/25/2009

When ever i travel i stay at the Sheraton..the rooms are so nice big windows to see the whole city of Boston.the food is really good it's attached to malls train station In the back bay area.and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud more

Sheraton Prudential Center 1/9/2009

Really well kept, nice hotel. When I stayed it had a great Chinese restaurant, the KonTiki Room. That was also great, you got to keep the glass if you finished the name drink, I took home a set. more

Hotel 12/31/2008

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are very spacious and nice, there is wireless internet access, and lots of banquet halls for businesses. It is located next to the Prudential Center which is a great place to shop or eat. more

great location 8/3/2007

The Sheraton Hotel is located in downtown Boston. It is close to 2 subways stops and it is easy to get around the city on the subway. The staff is very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. It is expensive, but everything is in Boston. They have an indoor pool, restaurant, and a Starbucks. Rooms are nice. It is next to the Prudential Center which has stores and a food court. more

Great Location 10/4/2006

This hotel is all about the Back Bay location. You're a short walk from the many bars, restaurants and shops on Newbury and Boylston streets. The rooms are decent sized and clean. My only gripe are the bartenders. They were unfriendly to the point of being hostile. In their defense, they were trying to serve a large group that was there for an event, but they ended up turning away numerous people that didn't want to deal with the surly attitudes. Excellent stay 12/21/2005

My wife and I have stayed at this Sheraton twice and had great experiences both times. The city view is fantastic and the hotel location is perfect. We like that you can walk right in to the Prudential Center from the hotel without going outside. The staff has always been very professional and helpful. We will be back again. The best hotel in Boston 9/21/2005

The lobby is beautiful, the room (a suite) was huge and clean. The pool is great and the location is perfect. No complaints at all! Pros: Great location, Clean, Luxurious Cons: None more

not much room in the bathroom. beds were nice, foam pillows though. Attaches to shopping. Trolley stop right out side. Easy to find off the e-way. Called Sheraton before my stay and arranged to have free parking. When I got there they backed out and charged me 74 dollars for two nights when there is a self park right next door. Fantastic Event Planning Group 7/20/2005

I had my wedding at the Sheraton. It was great. The events planning group was so helpful. They did everything for me. The food was amazing and the room looked great. I can't imagine planning a wedding anywhere else. The entire hotel staff was great and were very helpful to my guests. more

Well appointed 3/7/2004

Even though I only spent one night at the Sheraton, it was a wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I were pleased with the layout of the room, the comfortable beds and the prompt late-night room service we received as it was New Year's Eve. great location 8/28/2002

Within walking distance of the City Garden, Boston Common, Fenway Park and many other must see destinations not to mention lots of shopping and restaurants. I wasnt totally satisfied with the services but have to admit since it was a business trip the $160 a night wasnt coming out of my pocket, which makes it hard to complain. All in all the staff was friendly and the hotel was a nice place to stay. The most annoying problem that we had was with the water temperature. Some times it would take forever to get hot (5 minutes!) and occasionally wed run out. The pool is not as big as their website would have you believe but was still good sized. The people in charge of cleaning the rooms do not deal with room service items. A room service tray from across the hall sat there for at least 18 hrs! Pros: location Cons: value more

Foundation for a great stay in Boston. 8/21/2002

My girlfriend and I were both very impressed with this hotel, especially considering the relatively reasonable price. The room, while not huge, was very well-appointed. The soft, luxurious bed was a wonderful treat - probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. The view was terrific, especially considering this was not even one of the hotel's higher priced rooms. Also, while we didn't have occasion to use much in the way of hotel services, what little exposure we did have to the staff was very pleasant. Highly recommended. more

Good choice 7/2/2002

i stayed in 2 rooms here, the first had 2 queens(uncomfortable) & the other (after I was easily upgraded) had a king. they were both nice & clean. the health/swim club is great. However, $6 per day or $10 for the entire stay seems too steep. Get the top floor rooms overlooking the Charles river. Espicially great if you are attending a function @ the Hynes Center. Overall a real nice experience... Pros: health/swim club, view, King mattress Cons: Queens stink!!, small bathrooms more
