Hertz is a great car rental company. It's great to be a member with gold service because you can breeze through the lines. There is a new location opening up in Westwood, California soon that I hope I can drop my car off to. Anybody know about this location. Pros: customer service Cons: long lines sometimes at the airport better at the local Hertz locations more
