This agency is not very appealing to the eye from the outside or once you enter, however he handles business appropriately. Herring takes a little more time to get business handle but will provide you with the best price for what you need. \r \r The office staff does not appear too knowledgeable, however Mr Herring is very knowledgeable. If you have tickets or DUI this is a great agent for you. more
