For the second time in a row. Heron has impressed me. I took in a laptop and had to have the keyboard replaced since my son broke several keys on it. It was also running slow. They cleaned it up for me without having to reinstall anything. Everyone else told me to just reinstall windows. They also got me a better running antivirus Nod32. Pros: Consistency, Fair labor price, Great Work. Cons: limited ability to price match big box sales. more

Rinky dink outfit. 7/2/2007

I called Heron during the week to make sure they would be open on the following Saturday, June 30. The woman who answered the phone said they were open Saturdays, from 10a to 4p. Upon my arrival about 11am that Saturday, a neon ?Open? sign shone brightly in the window. Next to it was a notice saying simply, ""We will be closed Saturday, June 30."" No apology, no explanation. Pros: None that I could be aware of. Cons: Unreliable scheduling. more
