My husband and I purchased a pre-owned car from Herndon last week. I was so impressed with the overall experience and our salesman, Brent Sansbury; I felt I needed to write a review. We live 2 hours away and found the car online. All of our communication was done on the phone and by email. I already had financing in place with my bank. The day we were going to pick the car up, my bank said they had to see the car. Brent drove the car to a branch in Lexington so they could look at the car for us. He stayed past closing that evening for us to get there and pick it up. I figured since it was late, we would probably be rushed, but that was the case at all. Brent took his time and went over all the features of the car and answered all of our questions. The car was warmed up and had a full tank of gas. What has impressed me the most is the customer service we have received since buying the car. Brent called the next day to check on us and see how we liked the car. Since the car did not come with wireless DVD headphones, Brent was able to find us a pair and mail them to us. I now understand why some people are loyal to one dealership. I highly recommend Herndon and make sure you ask for Brent Sansbury!
