They charged me a lot less than those other companies and were very professional. I highly recommend. more

Great service!!! I know I can call Garage Doors with any request and they'll respond immediately. They came to my house the same day I called to give me a free estimate. They fixed the problem perfectly and the price was fair. more

neat and did a great job 6/7/2013

I am beyond happy for the guys who came out to my place to fix my sensors. I thought it was going to be an ridiculous price to get this fixed, but the guy reassured me, and got it done for me, for way less than what I was thinking. Great job. needed to get these fixed asap. I got tired of pulling up my door every day. more

Perfect work. Very hard working people. 5/28/2013

My mothers door was starting to come off the track. She's had the door for years, and I am so surprised that It lasted this long. So I did her a favor, and just had the door replaced. She is elderly, and I try to make her life easy on her, so she won't have much to stress her out. I just wanted to stop by and say what a great company you guys are. The technician was very nice, and polite. He did his work, and didn't bother us at all. I really appreciate the trust worthy business. more

very thankful for the repairs. 5/13/2013

I had you guys come out to replace my girlfriends opener. It always made this really loud and ugly screaming sound. It bugged me everytime I'd go over, so I decided to surprise her and get her a new opener and had you lube up the door tracks. She was very pleased, and needless to say, I got lots of loving for it. haha. Thanks for the work guys. Greatly Appreciated. more

Can't get any better Can't get any better for garage door repairs or replacement. Tech was on time and gave me a good price for two door replacements. I would recommend them to anyone and I have many family members using their service already. more

Tech arrived on time, was fast and professional. My door works better than new and is covered with the warranty. I did not even know it was, they are the ones that told me it was covered under warranty. Very honest company! more

They came out did a perfect job 3/7/2013

Thomas had our door fixed before another company could even get out to make an estimate. Parts at cost, labor more than reasonable. We ended up over paying him a little because of a miscalculation, he cut a check and had it to us the next day (Sunday). Service and integrity clearly top notch. And when was done, the door looked brand new and ran quieter than it ever has. I'll tell my friends if they ever need a repair or install.. more

outstanding garage door company. I swear these guys are worth every cent I spent while I was working with them. They are consistent and work very professionally. They but all their efforts into finding me the best deal on a garage door, and they did a wonderful job on installing it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best garage door company around this area. more

SIMPLY AWESOME! Called the office at 10:40. They had tech at my house at 11:20. Fixed everything including lubricating the entire door. I would never call anyone else if there was an issue with my garage door. Thank you for your professionalism. more

The service was awesome! 11/12/2012

Our garage door was on the fritz opening by itself & then it finally just stopped working & we needed it fixed ASAP. Tech came out & replaced the motor & chain & I was amazed at how fast it was done. He cleaned up everything at the end which is always a true test to me how good a business is. (I've had other work done where it was sloppy & then I ended up cleaning a mess) more

no surprises! 9/19/2012

I had a crack in my top panel and my door wouldn't shut. I Called late morning, the technician was at my house within 2 hours, gave me an estimate and repaired it right there. Even saw some errors in the way my opener was set up which caused the crack. He repaired it all, greased the rollers, and gave me tips on prolonging the door life. It couldn't' t have been more convenient and the work was top notch. The office was friendly and responsive. For any future needs, I won't call anyone else. more

awesome experience 8/30/2012

These guys were awesome. Our garage door was springing back up after it had been "shut" and made a nasty screeching noise. I called the Hermitage TN Garage Doors and they had someone out to the house in 30 minutes, we exchanged niceties, and, he rewired some of the circuits in 15 minutes. It works like a charm now. more

I Know Hermitage TN Garage Doors were recommended by a friend of mine to put in some new garage doors for me. Thomas did the work, and he was very professional. He came out on time, and had the work completed in a timely manner. On a scale of one to ten, the end result was a ten. I would recommend him to anyone. more

My garage door was completely wrecked! I really needed a replacement, but I did not want to invest so much money on a simple garage door. I called various companies, but not one was able to get me a door within the price range I was. And then i found this Garage door repair service and all i can say they were great!! more

Very pleased with work 6/11/2012

this is the 1st time I use this web site to look for a service business. in fact, it's the 1st time I ever look for a service business. I just move into a single family house, which I have to take care of the house from top to bottom. I've the garage door is no working properly, sometime it's open, sometime it's not. I don't know who to call, and none of my friends has called a garage door service before. I like the tech’s service, he is nice, quick, fast, he knows what he is doing, teach me a lot of basic thing, how to maintain it. Thanks guys, I will recommend their services to everyone I know. specially for dumme like me. more

Pros 1/8/2012

I was very happy with my experience with Hermitage TN Garage Doors from start to finish. They were professional and I felt comfortable having them working at my house. You can't always say that for people in the building industry anymore. Their work was very detailed and well-done. When they were finished and demonstrating my new doors to me the doors seemed fine but tec saw or heard something and adjusted the door again before accepting that it was done. I really appreciated his attention to detail and getting it right. more

Outstanding Job 1/2/2012

These guys do an outstanding job. It can be pricey, but the quality is excellent. We had a screw drive motor installed and it's much quieter. The serviceman was very thorough and made sure everything was satisfactory. more
