Horrible management and service !!!!\r
My son got a $200 Hermes tie for his graduation from dental school. I brought the tie a month later with all original store tickets and the original box to EXCHAGE for an equal valued tie. The manager refused to do the equal exchange because I DIDN'T HAVE the gift receipt in there. The owner came up and inform me that she own the store and have over $10.000.000 worth of merchandise in the store and will not exchage it for me because of their store policy! I must present the gift receipt. The tie with all the original attachments was not enough !!! I didn't ask for refund, I didn't ask for store credit, I just wanted to exchange the tie for an equal value tie. I find them very rude and very unprofessional !!!!
