You can expect despicable customer service from Heritage Plumbing. I had to call them out in the dead of winter two years ago when our water heater went out. They said it needed to be flushed so the guy does all that and it still doesn't work. Leaving it partly assembled, he says he'll be back the next day and that turns into a week. Every day we call and are told that someone will be out the next morning, but nobody shows the next day. Finally a guy comes out and gets it working, but admits he really doesn't know what was wrong. I finally spoke with a manager and let her know how bad my experience was. We didn't receive a bill for six months or so and I assumed they were just doing the right thing after leaving my family without hot water for almost ten days in the middle of December. I called them several times to discuss my bill, but they can be counted on to not return calls. I decided not to pay that bill until they were willing to speak with me about it... not the best choice because they simply sent it to collections. We paid the full amount to the collections agency right away. Now two months later, Heritage is sending us the same invoice and won't return our phone calls. The new invoice is threatening to send us to collections in one week if we don't pay for this service a second time!
