Heritage Park

These apts. are the worst thrashy places in Oakland County. My nieghbor deals illegal substances and the office would not do anything about it when I reported it. My car had broken glass all over it one morning and they wouldn't do anything except clean it off the parking lot. Two days ago my truck was broken into and I knew that my neighbor whom threaten me did and they won't even question her. They take months to fix things that are broken. My lease is up in 1 1/2 months and I have never had the dishwasher work right. One of the management ladies (Monica) called me at 2 AM to find out why my number was on her ""boyfriend's"" phone. And the district manager won't do anything about it. I would rather live in the hood of detroit than here. They don't even allow you to jump in the pool, they write you a violation if you do. It's crazy! They even called my mother in Ohio to tell her that I have too many people coming over. It's like three different people, my boyfriend, my mom, and my grandfather. WOW!!!!!! Very unprofessional office people. I can't wait to move out and if they think they can scam me out of my security deposit they have another thing coming because I will take them straight to court with a smile on my face. I lived here for just short of 10 years (1997-2007) and the apartments have gone downhill. Besides the very noisy neighbors, poor parking and constantly broken outer locks, they will scam you out of your security deposit. My expenses coincidently were equal to my security deposit. Among them, I was charged for a 20 year old dishwasher which should have been replaced anyway and water damage from the apartment behind me that they cleaned up but never fixed. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm so glad that I'm out of there and am now a homeowner. Pros: Can't Think of Any Cons: Noisy, Bad Parking, They will scam you out of money. more
