Heritage Learning Center

We started our child with HLC years ago. All was great with Mrs. Tina then all of a sudden when our child moved up he was a problem. We received call after call regarding our child's behavior. This behavior was labeled as not sitting in his chair, talking when asked not to and being disruptive. I am sorry to say that after two meetings with the director we asked her what they were trying to do to make sure our child was behaving as told and they told us "We do not know what to do...We have never had a child behave like this!" He was 4 years old at the time. HLC asked us to enroll him elsewhere after us trying to help at home, which we did not see the behavior...very embarrassing and HLC's response proved that their teachers were not equipped to handle typical "children" behaviors. The overall facilities were wonderful but the administration was unprepared and their ways of redirecting a child to correct a behavior were very much lacking. Good luck. more

When searching for a place for our children, Heritage came highly recommended by several friends. We couldn't be happier! Our son and daughter both love their teachers and it is amazing how much they've learned since they've been there. We give Heritage a BIG thumbs up! more

As parents, we loved the facility & so did our daughter. Only concerns were pick-up & drop-offs with kids running around in the parking lots. Very scary for all ...... more

Heritage Learning Center is a dream for every working parent. A state-of-the art facility for 18 months through Pre-K, before & after school (including drop off and pick up from schools) and summer programs. Separate areas for older children and younger children. The school is located on a three acre campus with lots and lots of outdoor opportunities including a WATER PARK! Indoor play area for those rainy, cold days too. The school age kids get to stay in the "clubhouse" where video games, arts & crafts and movies are offered as well as homework help. Teachers are all screened thoroughly. Classrooms are monitored by video. Very positive discipline approach. Family owned and operated. You have to visit to understand just how much they care for "their" kids. more
