I was in/out in 35 minutes with fast and friendly services.

Worst

2011 Hyundai and it's a piece of trash. And of course the warranty is up on everything that has stopped working. I'm sure that's by design!!

My husband and I have been car shopping for several months now. After dealing multiple times with CarMax, we decided to comparison shop here, to test drive a used car. The General Manager, Scott, immediately greeted us when we walked in. We told him what we were looking for and what we had been looking at. He brought us in his office and spoke with us about our options. He explained how a new car was a much better option, and he would be able to work a deal that would allow us to purchase a new car, at a better rate, with the same payment we would get for the car we were planning on purchasing at CarMax. In the end, we left the dealership, keys in hand, having purchased a brand new car as promised. Scott and his staff were absolutely wonderful! We were in and out of the dealership in 4 hours! This was the easiest car buying experience we had ever done! We will never buy from anyone else, and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car! more

my car was in for routine service i asked the service manager to check my fog lights because one was not working i was not sure if it had blown or the connection was loose after they examined it i was told that it was blown and to replace it would be 70..35 dollars for the bulb 35 for labor...35 dollars to change a bulb no thank you..i was told hyundai bulbs are expensive..no i think 35 for five minutes to change a bulb is expensive.. more

Bill was awesome! He quickly knew what my problem was and fixed it in less than a minute..as soon as I pulled through the service doors! Bill also explained things very well so that I understood. The oil change was fast and they checked my entire car out to make sure everything looked well and then explained this to me. more

Problem addressed without an appointment 7/23/2014

On a Friday afternoon, I noticed a tapping sound when I turned the wheel and braked. We were leaving for vacation the next morning. I didn't think anyone would be able to check my car on such short notice, but I took it to Heritage Hyundai anyways. Not only were they able to see us right away, the mechanic actually rode with me in order for me to point out the sound I was hearing so he could address it. I was pleased with the attention and service. more

Customer Service 7/22/2014

We had brought our car to a local repair shop and they told us that we needed a lot of work done to the car. We did not believe we needed all this work done. We called Heritage Hyundai and brought our car in the next day. They went over the car. We did not need all the work done that the local repair shop told us we needed. Heritage Hyundai repaired what needed to be repaired. They called us before any repairs were made went over what needed to be done and had the car ready the same day. The car is running great and the service department could not have been more helpful, nicer and knowledgeable. more

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Cahill at Heritage Hyundai Towson on Monday, July 21st. I purchased my first new car with Jennifer and I was truly amazed at how painless the process was. Jennifer provided me with all the information I needed in order to make a decision on a car and payment plan that I felt comfortable with. Any option she had available to her to help with cost, she utilized. To have a salesperson go out of their way to save you a dollar instead of trying to convince you to spend, spend, spend, was a very nice and unexpected perk. Service department terrible 7/15/2014

Gave me an estimate of $30 bill ended up being $54. 80% more than the estimate stated. Justification offered was my car needed more oil.. But this information was known at write up since you sold me the car and input all the information in your computer including the VIN before the estimate was given. more
