Heritage Honda Of Westminister is Honest, Competitive & Friendly 6/28/2009

It was great doing business with Heritage. From the sales person (Robert Mason), all the way up to the General Manager, they were all a pleasure to buy from. The price was right, they were fair, respectful, and friendly. I will buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Honda. For all of these reasons, I drove about an hour to buy from them. more

Auto Repair 12/17/2008

They performed the repairs to my van as agreed. However, when I went to pick it up after hours, it had been left unlocked. I think they need better security measures. more

My shinny new white Honda Accord EX 5/31/2008

Who would have thought I would be able to buy a new Honda Accord. Not even in my dreams did I think I would be able to manage it. I had settled on a Civic, Corolla, or Saturn, but my real love was the Honda Accord. I started looking at new cars I would be able to afford. Because of the honest sales practices of Joe "Ski", I was able to buy the car of my dreams. I requested a white car and by the next day I was driving home with my new 2008 Honda Accord. Buying my Honda Odyssey EX-L 5/21/2008

Buying a car today is so much easier than in my father's day thanks to the Internet. I was able to go on line to Honda, select my model and options and request a on-line quote. Before I selected a dealership I used the Internet to research consumer experiences with Honda dealerships in my immediate area. What I found was Mile One Heritage Honda in Westminster, MD had a very good reputation for both sales and service based upon more than a dozen customer experiences, so I selected them. I was contacted by Joe "Ski", the sales person who provided me with a bottom line quote. The price was right so I went in to see him in person. The experience could not have been better. He offered me a very fair price for my 2001 Odyssey and we closed the deal. I test drove the 2008 EX and loved it; however, I wanted a different color than what was in stock at Mile One. Joe found the color I wanted and told me I could pick it up on Satuday morning. It was ready on time as promised at the price promised. more
