i am in love with my new glasses! i just picked them up and it is my first pair. i was very nervous because i had no one to help me but the staff to pick them out. not being very trusting, i was a little reluctant and almost left to find a friend to help me on selection. i had 2 people help me (one was in training) and they found me a very cute pair that i can hardly wait to show off!! they had so many frames, i was kind of overwhelmed. but they talked about my face shape, and the amount of time i would be wearing them, and asked about my likes/dislikes and we came up with the cutest pair of glasses! i feel smarter just putting them on! i found their prices reasonable, but definitely not cheap. the docotors are friendly and take time with you. they have this camera thing that allows you to not have to take the drops that make everything blurry- happily. i liked the staff and did not have to wait very long to see the doctor. they are really on top of things! as long as this experience is consistent, i would never go anywhere else!! more

Heritage Family Eyecare is indicative of the quality, family-oriented philosophy that we enjoy in the Heritage area. Dr. Colvin takes her time with patients and it shows that she truly cares. This is not Walmart, but high quality and fashionable eyewear. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I am there. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I find the reviews before really suspicious. I have been a patient of Dr Colvin's for years and never had to wait, had great service, and I found her prices in line with other private practices. They take time with their patients, and my insurance covers a lot I guess because I have never had an issue with price. Give them a shot!! Sounds like Pitbull might be a bit of a pitbull themselves!! When you first walk in you think all is okay. Then when you run into a problem with staff or frames (and you will)IT""S A WHOLE NEW EVIL WORLD WITHIN THIS OFFICE. Rude lying staff members will be there to make you feel like dirt just for not being satisfied with their office or prices. THE PRICES OF FRAMES ARE A WEEKS PAYCHECK. Don't waste your time or money. This eyecare place marks up their eyewear almost 3X's the amount. After shopping around i was able to find quality frames. yes frames, plural, for the same price as one of the frames they were selling...AND IN THE SAME BRAND! companies like this one make me sick! They claim they marked everything up so high because the service is better. I waited for an hour to see the doctor while the girls just talked about their weekends loud enough for me to hear. Then i had to deal with a very rude insurance person who did not seem interested in my concerns at all. In closing if you want a good pair of glasses high quality and not a high price, with good service to back, please put your wallet away and run far far away from this place!
