I never thought the day would come for me to have to buy a new car. I have been infatuated with my '98 Sierra but after 13 years of old faithful she let down on me I felt hurt, but the brand new Sierra 2500 has definitely been in my dreams granted my dad offered to help me cosign so i was on my way to getting a new car after doing some research i found Heritage Buick GMC had the best price with the best features even though it was a little out of the way the price was well worth it the signing process wasnt as bad as i thought and im pretty sure i could have done this without my dad but i got the car i wanted for the price i needed this dealer is great and i definitely have to recommend has one of the best services ive experienced more

I've been waiting to buy a car for a few years now, but have been hesitant because of the economy. I've heard horror stories of sales-vultures swarming customers like their dead carcasses just trying to make a prospective sale. However, my friend recommended I visit Heritage Buick GMC because she says they were very sincere and generous with offers to her and her husband. I definitely took a trip and had a wonderful experience with everyone I encountered there. They have a very beautiful landscape and their vehicles are palced nicely where you can see all the different models with just one view. The sales associates were very kind, just has my friend led me to believe. Before I knew it, I was out of there with a brand new Lacrosse and the whole experience was just a breeze and was so simple. more

I've been wanting to buy a new car for a while, but hated the idea of dealing with the last salesman that killed my thoughts about professional salesmanship.But I resentfully stopped by Heritage Buick after getting some recommendations from my manager. Not only did they give me a great price on a brand new LaCrosse but they also gave me a good deal on my old Acura TL to trade in. The whole process was made easy by their salesman Greg, he greeted me politely and didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything at that second, but as I fell in love with the LaCrosse he made me feel comfortable with my buy the whole way! I am glad to have discovered such a professional dealership and they definitely changed my pespective of the stereotypical salesmen more

I didn't plan on buying a new car for a while, but after breaking up with my boyfriend it was time to get my own car. :) I've been doing all my research on the web and found the best deals at Heritage Buick GMC So my friend who's a car buying veteran came along to make sure i don't get scammed like what you usually hear happens at dealers. The salesman introduced himself to us and made a great fist impression. He answered all of our questions with confidence and took us on a test drive. The car was great and the managers definitely helped me get the paperwork through so I could take the car home that day! I'm so excited about my new car with great payment plan. I recently purchased a new Sierra and very pleased with my decision. After some recommendations by a coworker, I thought I'll stop by glad that I did. Paul is so nice and we went on a few test drives, I didn't feel nervous at all. I felt comfortable with my decisions through out the whole process. I got a really good deal and saved money compared to other dealers in the area. So all in all, I am insanely happy with my new car! more

I got my new LaCrosse today! I can’t wait until my high school reunion because I love my new car. Everyone is going to so jealous because not anyone can get a great deal like I did. The salespeople there were so sweet and when it came to negotiation I really got what I wanted even my monthly payments are affordable, I love love LOVE IT!!!!!!! I had the easiest experience buying a car here, I needed a new car because my son got his license and it was time to give up my old Ford Sierra, of course I never mind buying myself a new car. Back to the review, the service department are very professional and curteous and the salesman were just as great. I did not have any problems with anyone here, hence the five star review. Tim was very helpful with my old 1992 Buick. The news wasn't good, my car needed a new transmission and entirely too much work, Tim helped us through a difficult decision to not work on it because it's beyond needing just a little work. Thanks Tim for not presuring us, and letting us make the decision of what was best for our situation. We decided to get a new vehicle and Tim walked us over to the sales department and introduced us to a manager. A week later I had my new LaCrosse. I highly reccomend Heritage Buick GMC, they treated me with respect and understanding I expect. more

The finance guy (dont know his tiltle) was great!!! He was very straight forward, very helpfull. The owner was the same. The sales person, wasnt so smart, and might have been trying to hard to make us happy (if that makes any sense). Luckily we spoke with the owner who was very straightforward, honest and who made us feel very accommodated. more

I wanted to help out the economy and my family this year and buy American. Our previous vehicle is a 2001 Tahoe. When I saw the 2010 I was shocked at how many changes have been made over the years. I get my services done here at Heritage GMC, they do their job well and explained what they will do to my car so I can understand.. They are very friendly and professional. My sales experience was no different. No back and forth for 3 hours, I came in on a weekend and was in and out in no time, surprised at how painless it was and very happy with the truck. I haven't actually bought a car from Heritage Buick yet-- I'm still on the fence about what to get next-- maybe the lacrosse?? But I did spend over an hour with a salesguy who knew what he was talking about. Everyone seemed super nice and legit--definitely puts them at the top of my list for who to buy from next. more

I gave this place 4 stars since I bought my car here. The first time I came by I was tied down for about two hours while the sales guy told me everything he knew about cars. The knowledge was helpful if not excessive. I never felt too pressured here. Solid overall experience which in car dealership terms probably equates to amazing. They did keep in touch with me anytime a car similar to what I was looking for would land on the lot which was nice. more

This is by far the number 1 dealer in Peoria and, probably, Southern Illinos. I have been going to the dealership for years and they are the lowest priced dealership plus they are more knowledgeable than other dealers on most items. I have had some miserable experiences with other dealers in the past, so I know how hard it is to find a good, honest dealer. This is the place as I have recommended it to all my friends and family. In fact, I recently purchase a 2003 745i in part because I knew that when the warranty runs out I will need a good shop and Stuart Krum is a known quantity. Highly recommended. more
