Tooth/root extraction + filling 5/5/2009

As always, I was terribly impressed with Dr. Lin's skill and expertise. I also appreciate the promptness with which my situation is always addressed with regard both to making an appointment and actually performing the procedure(s) once I'm there. more

Very professional!!! 4/22/2009

Situations were all explained in clear, concise ways. Also modern tech helped a lot in making may decision. It was a total surprise that extractions were done on the same hour. Overall, I'd like to come back ASAP but who will believe me? Like to see dentist right away? I didn't feel anything re anaesthesia. more

The staff is very professional and the quality of customer care is unmatched by any other dental office that I've experienced. Sylvia De Maso, RHD, is to be commended. She has a very comforting manner. I knew from the moment I sat in her chair that I was in expert hands, and I was. She is in one word AWESOME! more

I am very scared of the dentist even at 44 years old. I was made to feel comfortable at the dental office Dr. Lin was great, as was all the office staff. I still have alot of work to go but i am less worried about it now. more

I have moved about 40 miles away from this location and I will still make it a point to come here. Michelle is wonderful when it comes to cleaning my teeth and making me laugh! I always have a pleasant experience every time I come to get my teeth cleaned. more

My family has been the patient of the Hercules Dental Care for 5 years. We strongly feel the service is excellent. The dentist are very patient to explain to you what's the problem, what the best way to handle the problem, and how to take care of your teeth at home. While they are very concern your teeth's health, they do not suggest any unnecessary treatment. In addtion to the excellent professional service, the office is very clean; making an appointment is quite convinent eitther though web or phone call; and all people work there are friendly. more

Great Service 3/6/2009

I entered the dental office come to find out my appointment was scheduled for the following week. They were able to accomodated me anyyway. Staff was very friendly...from the receptionist to the dental assistant to Dr. Lee. I was in and out of the office for my cleaning in no time! more
